Dash In is seeking Kitchen Team Member to join the Dash In team in Prince Frederick, MD. The role offers flexible full-time/part-time hourly status with wages starting at $16.50 per hour and an additional $1 per hour for overnight shifts.

• POS software familiarity
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality codes to prepare meals
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness to serve
• Restock and organize prep station to keep kitchen tidy
• Accurately receive and store ingredients and ensure proper placement for cooking
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized service
• Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently
• Lift and move heavy items using proper techniques (50–65 lbs)
