Job summary

A successful candidate will possess a can-do attitude, be able to multitask, and help other departments as needed. Shifts vary with customer traffic and season; must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Understand how to multitask and step in to help other departments when needed.

• Adhere to local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards.

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

• Understand how to multitask- learn from mistakes & look for opportunities to step in & help other departments even before being asked

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards


• Flexible schedule standards -- Back of House Kitchen Team Member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year


• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
