Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House. You will prepare breads, pastries, soups, salads and sandwiches from scratch, using honest ingredients, with a supportive team across departments.

Part-time shifts vary by week and season. A can-do attitude, ability to stand and walk throughout shifts, and strict adherence to food-handling and sanitation rules are essential. You must be 18+ to apply.

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

• A "can do" attitude- the ability to work quickly & confidently to prepare meal items accurately per specification
• Understand how to multitask- learn from mistakes & look for opportunities to step in & help other departments even before being asked

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards -- Back of House Kitchen Team Member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
