Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Colorado Springs is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our back-of-house. You’ll help bake breads and pastries from scratch, support soups, salads, and sandwiches, and ensure food quality and service that reflects our community focus.

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

• Understand how to multitask- learn from mistakes & look for opportunities to step in & help other departments even before being asked

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards -- Back of House Kitchen Team Member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
