Responsibilities

• In the role of Kitchen Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team who offer a menu from scratch baked bread & pastries to soups, salads, & sandwiches all made with honest ingredients.
• A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member must possess: a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work quickly & accurately per specification.
• A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member needs to be qualified with: compliance with food handler & sanitation standards, flexible schedule, continuous standing/walking, and be at least 18 years of age.

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards


• Flexible schedule standards -- Back of House Kitchen Team Member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year


• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
