Kitchen Team Members should be able to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Opening set up/ closing break down.
2. Ensure quality, safety, and presentation of food.
3. Handle knives proficiently and safely.
4. Assist with cleaning dishes.
5. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
6. Prepare ingredients such as meats and vegetables.
7. Cut, slice, and store vegetables and fruits properly.
8. Rotate food items in cold storage and discard expired items.
9. Sort, chop, and store food for cooking.
10. Sanitize work areas and countertops.
11. Set ovens and ranges to proper heat levels.
12. Clean kitchen floors and equipment periodically.
13. Ensure all food meets quality standards.
14. Follow health and safety rules.
15. Adhere to all prep procedures and recipes accurately.
16. Use compliance systems and kitchen tools with integrity.
17. Maintain high cleanliness standards and accountability.
