Job Description: Deli Host at Love’s

Welcome to Love’s! As a Deli Host, your role extends beyond daily tasks. You will engage with customers from diverse backgrounds, providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked deli area. No prior experience? No problem! We will provide training.

Job Functions:

1. Deliver general customer service, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, ensuring fresh offerings throughout your shift.
3. Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups, following designated preparation guides.
4. Utilize various methods and technologies to adhere to company policies and ensure food safety standards are maintained.
5. Potential cross-training in other departments like Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.

Physical requirements include the ability to move and lift over 25 pounds and work in various temperature conditions.
