2. Ensure quality, safety, and presentation of food.
3. Handle knives safely; proficiency required or to be gained.
4. Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning.
5. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
6. Prepare ingredients such as meats and vegetables.
7. Properly store and rotate food items.
8. Sanitize work areas and equipment regularly.
9. Set ovens and ranges to proper temperatures.
10. Ensure all food meets quality standards.
11. Follow health and safety regulations.
12. Adhere strictly to recipes and prep procedures.
13. Use kitchen tools and systems with integrity.
14. Maintain high cleanliness standards and comply with health requirements.
