As a Deli Host, your role involves more than daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

1. Provide general customer service, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
2. Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc.
3. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions using various methods and technologies.
4. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
5. Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
