About The Role

Are you looking for a fun and fast-paced working environment? Could you help us create lasting memories for our guests by providing an outstanding guest experience? If so, then look no further!

The What... As our Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience after working up a big appetite during their game. You’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and delivering our delicious range of food options for all the family to feast upon, while maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

1. Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
2. Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
3. Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries.
4. Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
5. Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
6. Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after food delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly.
7. Answer and fix lane stop calls efficiently and record FPS.
8. Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close.
9. Maintain records of daily operations with communication tools like checklists and logs.
10. Keep work areas clean, empty trash, and sweep floors as needed, exceeding cleanliness standards.
11. Follow all company policies, including health and safety protocols.
12. Be polite and courteous with guests and team members.
13. Communicate effectively with shift leaders and managers.
14. Perform other duties as required.
