Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food consistently according to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza recipes and standards.
• Maintain the highest sanitation and safety standards daily.
• Follow recipes, procedures, storage, rotation, safety guidelines, and product specifications to ensure high-quality, safe food for guests.
• Stock stations to prescribed levels in preparation to meet guest needs.
• Ensure all food plates are presented according to company specifications.
• Maintain quality and sanitation practices throughout your shift.

Position Details

This role is typically offered as a full-time or part-time restaurant position. Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, or other restaurant kitchen roles is highly desirable.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• No previous restaurant experience required, but excellent communication skills with managers and team members are essential.
• Ability to work standing throughout your shift.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Handle kitchen utensils and equipment safely and accurately, including knives, meat slicers, and mixers.
• Practice high sanitary standards, including frequent handwashing.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate certain kitchen equipment.
