Collective customer service experience, preferably in food service, grocery, or retail settings. Food preparation experience is a plus.
The physical demands include walking, standing (up to 4 hours without a break), grasping, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, lifting (5–20 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds rarely), and continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to allergens, cold temperatures (33–55°F), and hot equipment (>135°F) is possible. Basic tools include ovens, stoves, and kitchen utensils.
