Chick-fil-A is opening a new restaurant in mid-September. This Back of House Team Leader role focuses on leading kitchen operations, setting daily goals, coaching the team, and ensuring a great guest experience through high food quality and safety standards.

The position requires at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience and availability to work 24–40 hours per week. You will work with an independent Owner/Operator to develop staff, manage workflow, and uphold Chick-fil-A’s service

Responsibilities

• Lead the Back of House area by setting daily goals and coaching the team.
• Optimize workflow and adjust staffing to match business volume.

• Coach for quality, portioning, and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
