Cinemark is hiring a Kitchen Support for on-site duties to ensure strong execution of kitchen tasks and a memorable Guest experience. The role requires a high-energy, outgoing, quality-driven team member who can grow with culinary opportunities.

The Kitchen Support will prep items, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work with the team to minimize waste while upholding health and safety standards. Training for Safe Alcohol Service may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state certification where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training required for staff serving alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Able to communicate in English with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to take and follow direction and respond with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Brings passion for food and energetic attitude daily.
• Prepares items for line per approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follows prep lists daily and maintains cleanliness of work areas.
• Maintains proper storage and safety procedures for food products.
• Minimizes waste and ensures food storage, safety, and sanitation.
• Cleans food prep area and equipment after use.
• Communicates effectively with team to deliver memorable Guest experiences.
• Maintains professional image and Cinemark culinary attire.
• Ensures SOPs and safety/sanitation standards are met.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Uses PPE as required and adapts to cleaning task frequency.
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
