Collared Martin Hospitality opens a new Fortune Favors restaurant in Greenport and is seeking a hardworking Dishwasher to support our culinary team. This role focuses on keeping dishes, utensils, and surroundings clean, enabling smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain kitchen work areas to be clean and in orderly condition.
Maintain dishes, glassware, utensils and cooking equipment to be clean and organized.
Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies and monitor all chemical solution concentration.
Sort and remove the trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
Keep floors and floor mats clean.
Receive and stock deliveries.
Polishing glassware and silverware.
Maintain the storage areas clean and organize walk-in cooler.
Support kitchen operations at the direction of the Executive Chef and Line Cooks.
