SSA Consulting Group is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure safety and quality, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across locations. The role involves supervising BOH staff, maintaining prep, inventories, and adherence to policies, while collaborating with management to optimize service.

You will coach employees, uphold sanitation standards, and adapt to varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication abilities for managing BOH staff.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 10–35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests.
• Ensure kitchen is prepped, staffed, and operates safely.
• Oversee kitchen duties, safety, quality, and guest service standards.
• Maintain safety logs and proper hygiene practices.
• Coach and supervise employees, conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Operations Manager.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
