Job summary

The Barn Resort/Farmhouse Restaurant is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead a dynamic BOH team and elevate our culinary journey. You will oversee station setup, food preparation, and event coordination, ensuring top quality and safe practices across all services.

Candidates should have 3+ years in a fast-paced kitchen, ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days, and a collaborative, positive approach to working with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions of Kitchen/GM and be a team player.
• 3+ years of cook experience; catering, buffet, or full-menu dining a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup and ensure cooks stock kitchen stations with supplies.
• Oversee food preparation for buffet, bar, and events.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate needs for large events and groups.
• Comply with food-handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain positive, professional attitude with staff and guests.
• Report to opening and closing Sous Chefs daily.
