Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the culinary team at Embassy Suites Bethesda. You will supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency in food production for hotel restaurant(s) and room service.

You will manage staff, monitor labor and food costs, train employees, and ensure compliance with franchise standards and SOPs. This role requires 1–2 years of relevant kitchen supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related kitchen supervisory experience.
• Experience in hotel/restaurant kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production, preparation and presentation of all food.
• Schedule and supervise sanitation and safe working environment.
• Monitor and control labor and food costs; report as needed.
• Ensure adherence to franchise standards and SOPs.
