Job summary

Ian's Pizza in Madison, WI is hiring Kitchen Supervisors to join our Commissary Kitchen. We offer part-time and full-time roles, with $18–$20/hour plus an additional $2/hour for PM shifts and Saturday mornings.

You will oversee shift production, ensure food safety, staff scheduling, and maintain high standards across all stations. Ideal candidates have 1+ year kitchen production experience, ability to train others, and reliable transportation for early starts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a production kitchen or catering.
• Cross-trained in all production kitchen positions: prep, meat/sauce, delivery, and dishwashing.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to maintain high quality and consistency.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift production, maintain product quality and order fulfillment.
• Direct and delegate tasks, manage staffing and labor as needed.
• Ensure food safety and station cleanliness across teams.
• Train team members and uphold high standards and accountability.
