Ian's Pizza Madison is hiring Kitchen Supervisors for our Commissary Kitchen in Madison, WI. This high-volume production role supports all Wisconsin restaurant locations.

We offer $18.00–$20.00 per hour with extra pay for PM and weekend shifts, plus health insurance with $0 deductibles, PTO, retirement match, flexible schedules, and free shift meals. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a production kitchen or catering.
• Cross-trained in all production kitchen positions.
• Able to train and motivate people and hold them to high standards.
• Able to work independently and handle routine tasks.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with allergens and fast-paced environments.
• Reliable transportation for early start times.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts, ensure production quality, order fulfillment, and staffing.
• Prepare sauces, dressings, meats, and vegetables for locations with accurate packaging and labeling.
• Track employee performance and use Google tools; attend leadership meetings.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and stocking at all stations.
• Train and hold team accountable to standards.
