Ian's Pizza is seeking Kitchen Supervisors for the Commissary Kitchen in Madison, WI. This role supports our high-volume production, oversees shift work, production quality, and daily staffing to keep multiple Wisconsin locations running smoothly. Part-time and full-time positions available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in production kitchen or catering.
• Cross-trained in all production kitchen positions (prep, meat/sauce production, delivery, dishwashing).
• Ability to train and motivate staff to high standards.
• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 30 lbs frequently.
• Reliable transportation for early start times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts to ensure accurate, timely production and order fulfillment.
• Direct and delegate work to staff while managing staffing levels and labor costs.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, stocking, and organization at all stations.
• Prepare sauces, dressings, meats, and vegetables for restaurant locations with accurate labeling.
• Track employee performance on shift using digital tools (Docs/Sheets/Gmail) and participate in leadership meetings.
• Work side by side with the team in a high-volume production kitchen.
