Job summary

Shaner Hotels’s Toftrees Golf Resort in State College, PA seeks a Kitchen Supervisor for The Field Burger & Tap. You will lead kitchen operations, plan and supervise food production, and ensure sanitation standards are met in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires prior line cook experience with supervisory duties, strong communication, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Bilingual skills are a plus. On-site position at Toftrees Golf Resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of line cook experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management and staff.
• High school graduate or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production.
• Assist with direction, training and monitoring of kitchen staff.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
