Job summary

Crooked Pint Ale House | Waite Park, MN is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead our back-of-house team, maintain high standards for food quality, and ensure a clean, organized kitchen during service. This part-time, hourly role supports a fast-paced kitchen known for Juicy Lucys and scratch-made pub fare.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, support the line during service, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while working closely with the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• A dependable team player who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the back-of-house team during your shift.
• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties.
• Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented according to standards.
• Monitor food quality, ticket times, prep, and portioning.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Lead by example and jump in wherever needed.
