Job summary

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides utility staff on duties and safety/sanitation procedures.
• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness.
• Cleans dishwashing station, sinks, storerooms and refrigerators; reports issues to management.
• Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Adheres to safety policies and proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
