Atrium Hospitality is hiring at Lincoln Embassy Suites in Lincoln, NE. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing kitchen spaces, equipment, prep areas, walk-ins and storage; washing and storing dishes; assisting with trash and recycling; supporting kitchen and event teams with setup and breakdown; maintaining sanitation standards across food and beverage areas.

No experience is required—training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses and utensils.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage spaces.
