Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Lincoln, at the Embassy Suites Lincoln, is hiring a part-time kitchen helper. You will clean and sanitize kitchen spaces, wash dishes, manage waste, and assist with setup and breakdown for events, ensuring high sanitation standards.

No experience? Training available; a Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one within 90 days is required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.

• Flexible availability: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
