Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring at Lincoln Embassy Suites in Lincoln, NE for a full-time kitchen position. You will clean and sanitize kitchen spaces, wash dishes, manage waste, and assist with setup for events and daily operations.

No experience is required—we provide training. A Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days helps. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours is expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
