Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in San Marcos, TX is seeking a part-time kitchen support role at Embassy Suites. You will clean and sanitize kitchen areas, wash dishes, manage waste, and assist with event setups to ensure smooth operations.

No experience is required; training is provided. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends or holidays. Atrium offers growth, health coverage, and a 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
