Atrium Hospitality in Norfolk, VA is seeking a part-time kitchen support team member to keep our dining areas clean and organized, sanitizing equipment and assisting with food service areas.

You will help with dishwashing, trash, and event setup, while maintaining sanitation standards; no experience is required, and training is provided, with flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk‑ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish‑up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
