Evolution Hospitality at Marquette Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in downtown Minneapolis, is seeking a Kitchen Steward. Keep china, glass, and silver shining, ensure sanitation, and support the kitchen crew to maintain cleanliness and order.

You’ll scrub equipment, organize utensils, store items properly, and stay flexible to daily needs. This role offers daily pay and a path to competitive benefits as part of our hotel team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately.
• Ability to perform effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Capacity to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, scrub pots, sweep floors, and take out the trash to keep the kitchen fresh.
• Replace all clean china, glass, and silver in proper storage spots with care.
• Bring a friendly, flexible attitude and engage with guests and teammates.
• Be dependable and trustworthy, representing the team responsibly.
