Qualifications

• No education requirement; six months or less of similar or related work experience preferred

• Communicate clearly and work well with others to ensure customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and helping where needed
• Wash department equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans thoroughly
• Handle food safely and maintain a clean work area
• Remove trash and maintain proper disposal practices in the department
• Assist in other store areas as needed and support special projects as assigned
• Maintain personal hygiene, dress standards, and Hy-Vee policies
