Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, trays, and sanitizes work surfaces.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; removes trash and garbage.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas; assists with banquet setup as needed.
