Job summary

Burke Mountain Resort is seeking a dedicated dishwashing aide to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You will scrub, rinse, and dry dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring all items are sanitized and ready for use.

The role supports overall kitchen operations, including waste removal, equipment transport, and upkeep of walkways and prep areas, at Tamarack Lodge and nearby service areas.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or with dishwashing equipment during service.
• Clean pots, pans, trays, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walkways, worktables, refrigerators, and prep areas.
• Assist with waste removal (trash, recycling, compost) at end of service.
• Clean and sanitize garbage cans and waste areas.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Transport dishes, supplies, and equipment between kitchen and service areas.
• Support team with maintaining walkways and service areas at Tamarack Lodge.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
