Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites in Cary, NC is seeking a part-time Kitchen Utility/Dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and organized. The role includes cleaning equipment, washing dishes, managing trash, and supporting the kitchen and events teams. No experience?

We’ll train. A Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days is preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
