Atrium Hospitality at San Marcos Embassy Suites in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Full-time Kitchen Clerk/Dishwasher to support busy food and beverage operations. You will clean and sanitize kitchen spaces, wash dishes, and assist with setup for events while maintaining high sanitation standards.

• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
