Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites in Cary, NC, is seeking a part-time kitchen steward to maintain clean equipment, prep areas, and dining spaces. You will wash dishes, sanitize areas, and assist kitchen and event teams with setup and breakdown. No experience?

We’ll train the right candidate. A Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days is preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work variable hours is required.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
  • Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
  • Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
  • Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish‑up assistance
  • Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
