Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Allen, TX is hiring for a full-time kitchen/dishwasher position. You will clean and sanitize kitchen spaces, wash dishes, manage waste, and assist with setup for events to maintain high sanitation standards.

We welcome candidates with or without prior experience; training is provided. A Food Safety Certificate is preferred, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• No experience? We’ll train the right candidate.
• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
