Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in San Marcos, TX is hiring a kitchen support position. This full-time role requires willingness to train, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand, bend, or squat for long periods.

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.

• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
