Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willing to learn.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Available to work weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans clean and sanitized.
• Clean stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators, and other equipment.
• Maintain an organized supply of clean dishes.
• Keep kitchen and surrounding areas clean and ready for service.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings.
• Work with cooks, chefs, servers, and other team members.
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers and management.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Speak up to management about issues needing attention.
