You will wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, and equipment while supporting culinary, banquet, and outlet teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires multi-tasking, strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Good time management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and glassware to the highest hygiene standards.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and perform manual cleaning as needed.
• Organize cleaned items for easy access and inventory efficiency.
• Maintain spotless floors, walls, counters, and equipment in all areas.
• Assist culinary and banquet teams with organized equipment and supplies.
