Upper Crust Food Service is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and dining areas on a full-time basis in Gainesville, FL. You will wash utensils and dishes, stock stations, assist with prep, and help with deliveries in a fast-paced dining environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to keep kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitary.
• Experience with commercial dishwashing preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsabilités

• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and sanitary.
• Wash utensils, equipment, and dishes by machine or by hand.
• Put away clean dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Stock supplies at serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Help with food prep duties as directed, such as salad bar and cold dishes.
• Help unload and put away deliveries.
• Communicate regularly with management by phone, email, and text.
