Job summary

Talk of the Town Restaurant Group is seeking a Dishwasher to support the Management Team by cleaning dishware and maintaining sanitary back-of-house areas in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, basic food prep as assigned, and helping with receiving and storing vendor orders. Experience in dishwashing is preferred and English literacy is required.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing or bussing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Basic math and English literacy.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans and return to storage.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of meat room, prep areas, back dock and dumpster area.
• Assist with basic food prep and restocking of food orders as needed.
