Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Organizes and stores clean dishes and equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of dishwashing areas and sinks.
• Empty trash and support recycling efforts.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, walls).
• Check dish machine for proper operation and report issues.
