Job summary

Rosen Hotels & Resorts in Orlando is seeking a Kitchen Steward to operate dishwashing equipment, sanitize items, and maintain high sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.

You will handle and store kitchen items, assist with receiving and stocking supplies, and keep a clean, organized workspace while complying with the company’s drug-free and nicotine-free policies. This role supports a dynamic hospitality operation in a major tourist destination.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, dishwashing, or food service is preferred.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment or supplies.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Summary:

The Kitchen Steward operates all dishwashing equipment to sanitize dishes, pots, pans, glassware, cutlery, etc. Accountable for maintaining high sanitation standards on all kitchen equipment and minimizing breakage. Provide outstanding service based on Company Standards.
