Job summary

Florida Avenue Brewing Co. in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a motivated Steward to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. This entry-level role focuses on dish, glassware, and utensil care, protecting food safety and supporting the line during busy shifts.

You’ll wash, sanitize, rotate ware, and keep the dish area clean and stocked. Assist with light culinary prep, maintenance, and weekly deep cleaning of kitchen equipment to keep our back-of-house pristine.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state food safety regulations.
• Ability to work predominantly nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and rotate dishware, utensils, and glassware throughout service.
• Keep dish and cleaning areas clean, safe, and set up for speed.
• Assist with deep cleaning and basic upkeep of dish machines and related equipment.
• Follow Florida food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
