Silver Branch Brewing Company is seeking a proactive Kitchen Steward. This entry-level role is an entry point into the food and beverage industry, ideal for reliable individuals with strong work ethic and good time management.

You will keep the kitchen clean, manage dishwashers, assist with basic prep, and help maintain smooth service, including catering support. English communication and ability to work weekends are required; experience in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen/restaurant preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
• Basic cooking skills, knife skills a bonus.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and organized workstation according to standards
• Participate in team tasks including opening or closing the kitchen and stocking orders
• Wash dishes and operate dish machines; support glass washing
• Basic cooking tasks such as making salads
• Assist with catering events as needed
• Support overall flow of service
