You’ll manage sanitation logs, recycle cardboard, and help keep lights off and water off when not in use. The role emphasizes teamwork, guest engagement, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and dependable with strong work ethic.
• Ability to maintain daily sanitation logs and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area and equipment.
• Keep the daily sanitation log for dishwashing operations.
• Support kitchen team and other areas during busy periods.
• Lead recycling of cardboard and participate in energy-saving efforts.
• Report leaks and safety concerns to supervisor.
• Provide engaging, friendly service to guests and team members.
