Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a Dishwasher to keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas clean while following safe food handling practices. The role includes light food prep, trash removal, and stocking in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Candidates should be punctual, able to work in a team, and maintain a high pace. Previous experience is not required. This is an on-site position in a typical restaurant environment with uniform and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Practice safe food handling and cleanliness at all times.
• Operate dish machine, and knives.
• Wash and sort flatware, dishes and glasses.
• Light sweeping, mopping, and light food prep; stock as needed.
• Be on time for shifts and work effectively in a team.
• Maintain a high pace and intensity when needed.
