Jazzboline Restaurant & Bar in Amherst, NY is seeking a Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary, enabling the culinary and service teams to deliver great guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a fast-paced kitchen, follows instructions, and is willing to assist other staff as needed. Prior dishwashing experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualificações

• Able to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed.
• Comfortable standing for long periods in a hot kitchen.
• No prior dishwashing experience required; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clean, sanitary dishware, cookware, utensils, and equipment.
• Operate the commercial dishwashing machine safely.
• Monitor and use detergents and cleaning solutions properly.
• Unload and store clean dishes and equipment.
• Manual scrubbing of pots and pans.
• Polish silver, stainless steel, and other equipment.
• Keep the dish room clean and orderly.
• Assist with deliveries and other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
