Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide clean, sanitary dishware, cookware, utensils, and equipment.
• Operate the commercial dishwashing machine safely.
• Monitor and use detergents and cleaning solutions properly.
• Unload and store clean dishes and equipment.
• Manual scrubbing of pots and pans.
• Polish silver, stainless steel, and other equipment.
• Keep the dish room clean and orderly.
• Assist with deliveries and other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
