Job summary

Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to maintain high sanitation standards in the kitchen and serve essential roles in food preparation support. You will sort soiled ware, wash dishes, polish silverware, and help keep dishwashing operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware for dishwashing and keep machine area clean.
• Polish silver for proper appearance.
• Clean kettles, pots, and pans.
• Transport and clean utensils and service ware for kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and dining areas.
• Clean walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Handle trash and recycling and manage chemical storage.
• Assist kitchen staff and stewarding supervisor as needed.
• Attend department meetings and training.
